Pamela Skaist Levy and
Gela Taylor came together with a few hundred dollars, a pair of scissors and a bag of t-shirts.

maternity denim. That’s right – they started working together on a collection of jeans for pregnant women back in 1994, called Travis Jeans. The name changed to Juicy Couture in 1996, as the collection also turned towards the trademark sexy look that makes them one of the leading designer fashion brands today.
